You may qualify if you are 18 or older with hypertension (high blood pressure).

You May Qualify If
You have hypertension (high blood pressure)
You are 18 years or older
Still experiencing elevated BP; Systolic BP (top number) 130 – 185
On at least one current medication for their HTN/High BP
